3D and the Internet Polonia Technica and Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences invites
you to a workshop entitled “Interactive 3D
and the Internet” presented by new media artist, Przemyslaw
Moskal. Presentation will take place on June 5th at 5pm
at the Polish Institute of Arts and Sciences, 208 East 30 th Street in
Manhattan. Przemyslaw Moskal will present a short history of interactive 3D on the internet, the newest applications in this area, and will lead a discussion about the future of the internet and the role of interactive 3D in its development. The discussion will be followed by showcase of two interactive artworks: Virtual and Real: K-Dron and Light and 3D Sound Sculpture. The presentation precedes the exhibition of the above art works and workshop at the Zacheta National Gallery of Poland in Warsaw, which will be part of New New Yorkers Festival organized by the American Embassy in Warsaw in July of 2004. Trójwymiarowy Internet Polonia Technika i Polski Instytut Naukowy zaprasza na prezentacje i warsztaty pt. “Trój wymiarowy internet” przedstawiane przez artystę nowo-medialnego, Przemysława Moskala. Prezentacja odbędzie się 5 czerwca o godzinie 17:00 w Polskim Instytucie Naukowym, 208 East 30 th Street na Manhattanie. Warsztatom towarzyszyć będzie pokaz dwóch prac interaktywnych: Virtual and Real: K-dron and Light oraz 3D Sound Sculpture. Prezentacja Przemysława Moskala w Nowym Jorku poprzedzi jego wyjazd do Polski gdzie będzie on przedstawiał powyższe prace wraz z warsztatami w Galerii Narodowej Zachęta w Warszawie podczas festiwalu New New Yorkers organizowanego przez Ambasadę Stanów Zjednoczonych w Warszawie, w lipcu tego roku. |
